• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation

• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day

• Customized or special orders may require additional processing time

 

3. Domestic Shipping (India)

Delivery Time

• Estimated delivery time: 4–8 business days

• Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier service

 

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available on select pincodes

• COD orders may require confirmation via phone or WhatsApp

• Unconfirmed COD orders may be cancelled

• Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to COD being disabled for future purchases

 

4. International Shipping

Delivery Time

• Estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance

 

Important Information

• All international orders must be prepaid

• Customs duties, import taxes, or local charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer

• Delivery delays may occur due to customs inspection or international courier policies

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Shipping method selected

• Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned at checkout

8. Delayed or Lost Shipments

• If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeline, please contact us for assistance

• In rare cases of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner and provide a suitable resolution

 

9. Undelivered or Returned Shipments

• Orders returned due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal at delivery may incur re-shipping charges

• COD orders refused at delivery are not eligible for refund of shipping charges
