Refund/Return Policy

At RV COUTURE 24, each saree is carefully inspected before dispatch. Please review our Refund & Return Policy before placing an order.

 

1. Return Eligibility (India Orders)

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • A return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact

Minor color variations or weave irregularities in handcrafted sarees are not considered defects.

 

2. COD Orders

  • COD orders are eligible for return only in case of damage or incorrect product

  • Refusal of COD delivery without valid reason may lead to blocking COD for future orders

 

3. International Orders – No Returns

  • International orders are non-returnable and non-refundable

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for international shipments due to customs and logistics constraints

 

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or altered products

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Products damaged due to customer handling

 

5. Return Request Process (India)

  1. Email contact@rvcouture24.in within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Share your order ID, reason, and clear images/videos of the issue

  3. Our team will review and confirm return eligibility

 

Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

 

6. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned product

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 7–10 business days after approval

 

COD refunds (if applicable) will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, as communicated.

 

7. Return Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect product), return shipping will be covered by us

  • In all other cases, return shipping costs are borne by the customer

 

8. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to availability

  • If an exchange product is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued
