Refund/Return Policy

At RV COUTURE 24, each saree is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure the highest quality. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.
 

1. Return Eligibility (India Orders)

Returns are accepted only if:

• The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

• A return request is raised within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery

• The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact

Product Condition: New only
Return Window: 2 days from the date of delivery

Please note that minor color variations or weave irregularities in handcrafted sarees are natural characteristics and are not considered defects.
 

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

• COD orders are eligible for return only in case of damaged or incorrect product

• Refusal of COD delivery without a valid reason may lead to COD being disabled for future orders
   

3. International Orders – No Returns

• International orders are non-returnable and non-refundable

• We do not accept returns or exchanges for international shipments due to customs regulations and logistics limitations
   

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Customized or altered products

• Sale or discounted items

• Products damaged due to customer handling

• Products that are used, washed, or without original tags
   

5. Return Request Process (India)

To request a return:

1. Email us at contact@rvcouture24.in within 48 hours of delivery

2. Include the following details:

   • Order ID

   • Reason for return

   • Clear images or videos showing the issue

Our team will review the request and confirm return eligibility.

⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
 

6. Refunds

• Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned product

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

• Processing time: 7–10 business days after approval

For COD orders, refunds (if applicable) will be processed via:

• Bank transfer, or

• Store credit, as communicated by our support team.
   

7. Return Shipping Charges

• If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect product), return shipping will be covered by RV COUTURE 24

• In all other cases, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer
   

8. Exchanges

• Exchanges are subject to product availability

• If the requested exchange item is not available, a refund or store credit will be issued
